Welcome to Mimi’s Sweet Treats, where faith meets flour and every baked good is a blessing. Inspired by the miracle of Jesus feeding the five thousand with just five loaves and two fish (Matthew 14:16–21), this bakery is built on the belief that faith transforms even the smallest offerings into abundant provision.

I’m Naomi, the heart and hands behind this humble, home-based, faith-centered bakery. My journey began in nursing, a profession rooted in compassion, service, and attentive care for others. Alongside that foundation, I am ANSI Food Service Manager Certified and am currently pursuing formal training in Baking & Pastry Arts, allowing me to pair faith, creativity, and craftsmanship with a strong commitment to food safety, quality, and professionalism.

Even before my professional path, I discovered joy in baking while growing up in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where I learned to create baked goods with patience, intention, and purpose. What started as a quiet passion in the kitchen has blossomed into a calling—to nourish both body and soul through the work of my hands and the grace of God.
